Patch Systems, Inc. ("Patch," "we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit trypatch.com (the "Site"), how we use and share it, and the rights you have.
This Privacy Policy applies to the Site only. If you become a Patch customer and access the Patch portal or any Patch product (Premium Finance, Factoring, Earned Wage Access, Prepaid Card, Wage-Tied Loans), additional privacy notices will apply, including a Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act ("GLBA") privacy notice provided at account opening.

3. Information We Collect
3.1 Information You Provide Directly
When you submit our contact form, we collect:
- First name and last name
- Work email address
- Phone number
- Business name
- Business type
- State
- The content of your free-form message
We collect this information so we can respond to your inquiry and, if you opt in, send you information about Patch products and services.
3.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect:
- IP address and approximate location (derived from IP)
- Browser type and version
- Device type and operating system
- Pages viewed, time spent, referring URL, and clickstream data
- Cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy)
3.3 Information from Third Parties
We may receive information about you from third parties such as:
- Analytics providers (Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager)
- Site hosting and form processing (Webflow)
- Marketing platforms (none currently in use)
- Other service providers we engage to operate the Site

We use your information to:

- Send you information about Patch products and services if you opt in
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site

- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents

5. How We Share Your Information
We share your information only as described below. We do not sell your personal information for money. Certain disclosures to advertising and analytics partners may be considered “sales” or “sharing” under California and other state laws — see Section 9.
Service providers. We share information with vendors who help us operate the Site, including Webflow (site hosting and form processing), Google Workspace (email), Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and other email and hosting providers. They are contractually limited to using the information to provide services to us.
Bank and program partners. If you submit an inquiry about a specific Patch product, we may share your contact information with the bank or program manager associated with that product, including Sunrise Banks, N.A. (wage-tied loan issuing bank), BeneMoney (wage-tied loan program manager), Pathward, N.A. (card issuing bank), Dash Solutions (card program manager), Immediate (EWA), Dare Capital (factoring), and Automated Installment Systems (premium finance servicing).
Affiliates. We share information with Patch Premium Finance, Inc. and Patch Premium Finance of CA, Inc., which are affiliated entities.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or when necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, or the rights, property, or safety of others.
Business transfers. If Patch is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
6. How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep contact-form submissions and related communications for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and to maintain the business relationship. If you do not become a customer, we generally retain the data for up to 36 months after your last contact, unless a longer period is required by law. Analytics data is retained per the default retention settings of our analytics provider (typically 14 to 26 months).
7. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information through the Site, contact us at hello@trypatch.com and we will delete it.
9. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on the state where you reside, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. Patch honors these rights for residents of any U.S. state with applicable privacy law, including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Iowa, Tennessee, Delaware, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Kentucky, Indiana, Minnesota, Maryland, and Rhode Island.
9.1 Rights You May Have
Access / Know. You may request information about the personal information we have collected about you and how we use and share it.
Deletion. You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
Correction. You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
Portability. You may request a copy of your personal information in a portable format.
Opt-out of “sale” or “sharing.” You may direct us not to “sell” or “share” your personal information as those terms are defined under your state’s law.
Opt-out of targeted advertising. You may opt out of having your personal information processed for targeted advertising.
Limit use of sensitive personal information (California only).
Non-discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
9.2 How to Exercise Your Rights
Submit a request by emailing hello@trypatch.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. We will respond within the timeframe required by your state’s law (generally 45 days, with extensions where permitted).
If you are a California resident, you may also exercise your right to opt out of “sale” and “sharing” by clicking “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” in the Site footer.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We may “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under the CPRA through analytics and advertising cookies. California residents can opt out of this sharing via the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the Site footer.
9.4 Texas (TDPSA), Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Utah (UCPA), and Other States
Residents of these states have rights to access, delete, correct, port, and opt out of targeted advertising and “sale” of personal information. To exercise these rights, email hello@trypatch.com. If your request is denied, you have a right to appeal by replying to our denial notice.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites. Review their privacy policies before providing any information.
12. U.S.-Only
The Site is operated from the United States and intended for U.S. residents. We do not market the Site to individuals outside the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with local law.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date and, where required by law, provide additional notice (such as a banner on the Site or, if you have a relationship with us, an email).
