Cookie Policy
Effective Date: June 5, 2026 · Last Updated: June 5, 2026
1. Introduction
This Cookie Policy explains how Patch Systems, Inc. ("Patch," "we," "us") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on trypatch.com (the "Site"). It supplements our Privacy Policy.
2. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They allow the site to remember your actions and preferences (such as language and other display preferences) over time. Similar technologies include pixels, tags, web beacons, and local storage.
3. Types of Cookies We Use
3.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are essential for the Site to function. They enable basic features like page navigation and access to secure areas of the Site. The Site cannot function properly without them. You cannot opt out of strictly necessary cookies.
3.2 Performance and Analytics Cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the Site by collecting and reporting information anonymously. We use this information to improve the Site.
Providers we use: Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
3.3 Functional Cookies
These cookies enable enhanced functionality, such as remembering preferences. They may be set by us or by third-party providers.
3.4 Advertising and Marketing Cookies
We do not currently use advertising or marketing cookies on the Site. If we begin using them in the future, we will update this Cookie Policy and provide notice.
Under California (CCPA/CPRA) and certain other state laws, the use of advertising and marketing cookies may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. If we begin using such cookies, you will be able to opt out as described in Section 5.
4. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies on the Site are placed by third parties, including our analytics providers and site hosting provider. We do not control these third-party cookies. Review the providers’ privacy and cookie policies for more information:
- Google Analytics 4 — see Google’s privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy
- Google Tag Manager — see Google’s privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy
- Webflow (site hosting and form processing) — see Webflow’s privacy policy at webflow.com/legal/privacy
5. Your Choices
5.1 Managing Cookies
This Site does not currently use a cookie consent banner. To manage cookies, you can use your browser settings (see Section 5.3) or your device settings for mobile identifiers (see Section 5.4). California residents and residents of other states with applicable privacy laws can opt out of “sale” or “sharing” by following the steps in Section 5.2.
5.2 California Residents and Other States
If you are a California resident (or a resident of another state granting opt-out rights), you can opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising by:
- Clicking “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” in the Site footer, or
- Enabling the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser. Patch honors GPC signals as an opt-out of “sale” and “sharing” of personal information by users in jurisdictions where this is required.
5.3 Browser Controls
You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable cookies, some features of the Site may not function properly.
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies and other site data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy
- Firefox: Preferences → Privacy & Security
- Edge: Settings → Privacy, search, and services
5.4 Mobile Devices
You can opt out of mobile advertising identifiers through your device settings:
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
- Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads
6. Do Not Track
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no industry consensus on how to respond to these signals. Patch does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals, but we honor the Global Privacy Control as described above.
7. Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date.
