Patch Systems, Inc. ("Patch") is a financial technology company and is not a bank. Banking and lending products are provided through licensed and regulated partner institutions. The following disclosures apply to products offered through the Patch platform.

Premium Finance

Premium finance is offered by Patch Premium Finance, Inc., a Florida corporation (FL Doc # P23000043756), licensed as a premium finance company in Texas (License #3456911), Illinois (License #3004132904), North Carolina (License #525347305), Florida (Application ID 962207), and South Carolina (License #3004210783). In California, premium finance is offered by Patch Premium Finance of CA, Inc. (CA File #2766) pursuant to a Certificate of Authority issued by the California Department of Insurance. Premium finance is currently available in Texas, California, Florida, Illinois, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Specific rates, fees, and terms are disclosed in the premium finance agreement provided at enrollment.

Invoice Factoring

Patch's factoring program is offered in cooperation with Dare Capital. Factoring agreements are commercial products, are subject to underwriting, and are governed by the factoring agreement provided at enrollment. Factoring is not consumer credit.

Earned Wage Access

Earned Wage Access is offered in cooperation with Immediate, the underlying provider of the EWA program. Specific fees, advance limits, and state-specific terms are disclosed in the Earned Wage Access User Agreement provided when you enroll. California residents: Earned Wage Access services available to California residents are registered with the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI).

Workplace Loans

Patch (BeneMoney) loans are originated by Sunrise Banks, N.A., Member FDIC, and are not available in all states. Loan terms, rates, and eligibility are disclosed in the loan agreement provided at application.

Patch Card

The Patch Visa® Prepaid Card, powered by Dash, is issued by Pathward®, N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. The card can be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted. Visa is a registered trademark owned by Visa International Service Association.
