Is this health insurance?
No. This is a healthcare membership, not health insurance. It provides access to virtual care, discounts, and support services and does not replace a health insurance policy. It will not pay for a hospital stay. What it does is make everyday care reachable without a waiting room or a claim.
Who is included in my membership?
You and everyone living in your household, at every membership level. One price covers all of you rather than charging per person. The exact definition is confirmed when you enroll.
How fast can I see a doctor?
Once your account is active you can reach a doctor in minutes, at any hour, by phone or app. Setting up your account after you sign up can take up to 48 business hours before your first consult.
How often can I use it?
As often as you need to. Doctor visits, dermatology and mental health visits cost nothing per visit, so there is no reason to ration them.
Can the doctors prescribe medication?
Yes, when it is appropriate for what you are dealing with. Prescriptions are sent to the pharmacy you choose. Doctors cannot prescribe controlled substances.
Are the doctors licensed?
Yes. Visits are with board certified doctors licensed in your state, and the service is available in English and Spanish.
Is it private?
Yes. Your visits are confidential and handled under the same privacy rules as any other medical care. Your employer never sees what you used, when, or why.
Does this replace my regular doctor?
No. It sits alongside whatever care you already have. For a lot of people it becomes the first call for everyday things, and the regular doctor stays the regular doctor.
What if I already have health insurance?

A person you can call who books appointments, compares what procedures cost, argues with providers on your behalf and answers questions about what to do next. Included from Advantage up.
How do prescription savings work?
Hundreds of generic medications cost nothing and hundreds more cost a few dollars, with home delivery available. Included from Advantage up.
Can I get lab work?
Yes, on Premier, through the major national labs at a discount with a provider reviewing your results. Lab testing is the one service with its own charge, a consultation fee plus the discounted cost of the labs.
Is my information private and HIPAA compliant?
Yes. Visits are confidential and handled under the same privacy rules as any other medical care. Your employer never sees what you used, when, or why.
Who is Legacy Healthcare Solutions?
Legacy Healthcare Solutions is the company behind the care you get through this membership. Patch Systems makes it available to you and handles the relationship with your employer. Legacy runs the network of doctors, therapists and services you reach when you use it, so your account and your visits sit with them.
Is there a contract?
No long term contract. You pay monthly and you can cancel at any time.
What do I need to sign up?
Basic information about you and your household. No underwriting, no medical exam and no Social Security number required.
Can I use it while travelling?
Yes, anywhere in the United States. Care is delivered by doctors licensed in the state you are in at the time.
How does this work for a business?
Most businesses simply tell their team it exists and each person enrolls and pays directly. Some choose to cover it as a benefit, and some pay part of it. All three happen, and none of them are required.
What does it cost the business?
Nothing, unless you choose to cover it. There is no setup fee, no minimum number of people and no per employee charge for making it available.
Do we have to set anything up?
