A doctor your team can reach tonight, for everyone at home.
A membership for virtual care. A doctor in minutes at no cost per visit, a therapist, cheaper prescriptions, and one membership that reaches the worker’s household. No payroll connection and nothing for you to set up.
What Virtual Healthcare does
Care does not get skipped. It gets postponed until it is expensive.
Plenty of hourly workers have no health insurance at all. Plenty more have insurance they cannot afford to use, where seeing someone about a cough that will not go away means a bill they would rather not find out about.
So it waits. The thing that was simple in March becomes urgent care in June, and by then it has cost a week of work, a bill nobody planned for, and a shift you had to cover twice.

What Virtual Healthcare is
A membership that gives a worker and their household a way to reach doctors and everyday care without going through a waiting room or a claim. It is not insurance, and it does not replace a health insurance policy. If someone has no insurance, this is how they see a doctor. If they have insurance but still pay full price for an ordinary visit, this is the cheaper way to get seen.
What it is
- A membership for virtual care
- A doctor by phone or app, any hour, at no cost per visit
- One membership for the worker and everyone at home
- Something a worker can use tonight
What it is not
- Health insurance
- A replacement for a health insurance policy
- Something that pays for a hospital stay
- Anything the business has to set up or fund
Four steps, and only the first involves you.
You tell your team it exists
The only part that involves you. We give you what to share.
They sign up and pick a level
On a Patch Systems page. No payroll connection and no employer setup.
They activate and add their household
A welcome email brings an ID card and a login, and accounts are set up within 48 business hours. Everyone at home goes on the same membership.
Then they can talk to a doctor any night
Ten minutes, from wherever they are. No time off, no waiting room, and no bill for the visit.

Three membership levels. Each one contains everything below it.
Every level covers the worker and everyone living at home. The price is per membership, not per person.

What each part of it actually does.
Care your team can reach should make the business easier to run, not harder.
This is worth a look if any of the following sounds like your crew.
What turnover costs
Replacing one trained person costs a large share of what you paid them all year.
Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding and the months before they are fully productive. Covering that person and everyone in their household costs between $25 and $45 a month, and the business does not have to pay any of it for the offer to exist.
Written for your team
Here is what this looks like from where they stand.
You can talk to a doctor tonight without asking anyone for time off, without driving anywhere, and without wondering what the bill will be. Your family is on the same membership as you.
What businesses ask before they offer it.
Is this health insurance?
No, and we are careful never to describe it that way. It is a membership for virtual care. It does not replace a health insurance policy and it will not cover a hospital stay. What it does is make everyday care reachable, which for someone with no insurance is the difference between seeing a doctor and not.
What does it cost the business?
Nothing. Most businesses simply tell their team it exists and the worker enrolls and pays directly. Some choose to cover it as a perk, and some subsidize part of it. All three happen, and none of them are required.
Do we have to set anything up?
No. There is no payroll connection, no integration and no employer software. This is the simplest thing we offer to turn on, because there is nothing to turn on.
Who counts as household?
One membership covers the worker and the people they live with, at every level, rather than charging per person. The precise definition is confirmed at enrollment.
What if someone already has insurance?
It still gets used, and often more than you would expect. Plenty of people have insurance that still leaves them paying full price for an ordinary visit, so a call that costs nothing is the cheaper route for everyday things.
Is everything free once they are a member?
Doctor visits, dermatology and mental health visits cost nothing per visit. Lab testing is the exception and carries a consultation fee plus the cost of the labs, which are discounted. We would rather say that plainly than have someone discover it later.

Virtual Healthcare, presented by Legacy Healthcare Solutions. This is a healthcare membership, not health insurance. It provides access to virtual care, discounts, and support services and does not replace a health insurance policy.
Tell your team it exists. That is the whole job.
There is nothing to set up and nothing to pay. We will give you what you need to put it in front of your people, and they take it from there.
Nothing to prepare, and nothing to commit to.
