Cookie policy

Effective August 17, 2026 · Last updated August 17, 2026

1. About this policy

This cookie policy explains how Patch Systems, Inc. ("Patch Systems," "we," "us," "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on trypatch.com (the "Site"), what they do, and how you can control them. It should be read alongside our privacy policy.

2. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow a site to recognize your device, remember your choices, and understand how the site is being used. This policy also covers similar technologies, including browser storage, pixels, and tags, which work differently but serve comparable purposes.

Cookies set by the site you are visiting are called first-party cookies. Cookies set by another company through that site are called third-party cookies.

3. Categories we use

3.1 Strictly necessary

Required for the Site to work. These cannot be switched off through our Site. They include cookies set by our hosting provider for security and load balancing, and the browser storage we use to remember which page you arrived from within a single visit so that an enquiry reaches the right person with the right context.

3.2 Analytics

Help us understand how the Site is used, which pages are read, and where visitors come from. We use this to improve the Site. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

3.3 Functional

Enable enhanced functionality, such as remembering preferences. They may be set by us or by third-party providers whose services are embedded on a page.

3.4 Advertising and targeting

May be set through our Site by advertising partners to build a profile of your interests and show you relevant advertising on other sites. We do not currently run advertising campaigns that place these cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated before those cookies are used.

4. Third parties that set cookies through the Site

The following providers may set cookies or use similar technologies when you visit the Site. Each operates under its own privacy policy.

  • Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4. Analytics and tag management. Used to measure how the Site is used.
  • Netlify. Site hosting. Sets cookies necessary for delivery and security.
  • Fillout. Form processing. Sets cookies on pages containing an embedded form, in order to operate the form and prevent abuse.
  • Legacy Healthcare Solutions. The Virtual Healthcare enrollment form embedded on our Site is operated by Legacy Healthcare Solutions and may set its own cookies.
  • Google Fonts. Typeface delivery.

Google's privacy policy is published at policies.google.com/privacy. Netlify's is at netlify.com/privacy. Fillout's is at fillout.com/privacy. Legacy Healthcare Solutions publishes its own privacy policy on its site.

We do not control third-party cookies. Review each provider's privacy policy for details of what it collects and how to opt out.

5. How to control cookies

The Site does not currently use a cookie consent banner. You can control cookies through the routes below.

5.1 Analytics opt out

You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, available from Google.

5.2 Do not sell or share

If you are a California resident, or a resident of another state with an equivalent right, you can opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information through analytics and advertising cookies using the Do not sell or share my personal information page.

5.3 Browser controls

Most browsers let you see what cookies are stored, delete them individually or entirely, and block them from being set. These controls are found in your browser settings, usually under privacy or security. Blocking all cookies will stop parts of the Site from working, including embedded forms.

  • Chrome. Settings, then Privacy and security, then Cookies and other site data
  • Safari. Settings, then Privacy
  • Firefox. Settings, then Privacy and security
  • Edge. Settings, then Privacy, search, and services

5.4 Device and mobile controls

Mobile operating systems provide their own advertising controls, separate from your browser. These control advertising identifiers rather than cookies.

  • iOS. Settings, then Privacy and Security, then Tracking
  • Android. Settings, then Privacy, then Ads

5.5 Global privacy control

The Site respects the Global Privacy Control signal where your browser or extension sends one. A recognized signal is treated as a request to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.

6. Do not track

There is no common industry standard for responding to browser Do Not Track signals. The Site does not respond to Do Not Track signals. We do respond to Global Privacy Control signals as described above.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this cookie policy as the technologies we use change. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date. If we begin using a new category of cookie, we will update this policy before doing so.
